Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Is the plug in cord and socket cord come with this ballast?
A: There is an 110/120v input power cord comes with the ballast (the same as the power cord of a desktop computer), and there is an output socket (as shown in the picture) which connects to the cord that comes with the reflector.

Q: Does the fanless full version actually come with the phone or Ethernet jacks, if so, what are they for?
A:  Yes, this model supports controller, you can use with a standard controller, for example, the one from Gavita.

Q: Does it come with the mougle and the plug for wall? I have purchased a ballast before and it didn't have the mougle.
A: The unit comes with the 120v power cord but does not come with the mogul.
