Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing SunStream. We hereby certify that the product you purchased is under our manufacturer’s warranty.

  • All lighting fixtures and ballast products should receive a period of 36 months warranty.
  • The combo products would receive a period of 24 months warranty.
  • The LED and bulb products would receive a period of 12 months warranty.
  • The accessories and tools products would received a period of 90 days warranty.

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase. All products have to be operated under a reasonable and normal environment. Warranty will be void if products were tempered or products are damaged due to unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.

Shipping for defect replacement is free for the first Three months of warranty. Proper proof is required before the replacement is arranged. In order to accelerate the replacement process, it's suggested to provide us for the following information to warranty@sunstreamballast.com

  1. Pictures of the defective product with its serial number if possible.
  2. Video clips that could prove the product is not functioning properly.
  3. The purchase order number or invoice number of the defective product and the source of your purchase.
  4. Your full contact information: name, shipping address, email and phone number.
